Consultations

In order to book a consultation please use the following application form.

We would also like to kindly ask you to read our policy regarding cancellations and date changes. A change of date or cancellation is possible no later than 24 hours before a scheduled meeting.

First consultation is available only on-site.

We wish to inform you that the charges for psychiatric consultations at Laboratorium Psychoedukacji (which have not changed since May 2021) will increase with effect from April 1st, 2023. 

The new pricing for consultations is as follows:

• 30-minute consultation in Polish: 300 PLN
• 30-minute consultation in a foreign language: 350 PLN
• 50-minute consultation in Polish: 350 PLN
• 50-minute consultation in a foreign language: 450 PLN
• Issuing a medical certificate/prescription outside of the visit: 90 PLN

Patients who schedule and pay for a consultation before April 1st, 2023 will be charged according to current pricing levels.
